We meet at the Boise High School track on Wednesday at 5:30 AM and 5:15 PM.
(Access the track via the east entrance, nearest the school.)
We meet at Payette Brewing Company on Saturday at 7:30 AM. *These workouts are designed to help those training for Robie Creek or a Spring Marathon.
Here are some guidelines to make sure you have an awesome workout!
The Wednesday warmup starts at the above times, and we run this loop.
The Saturday warmup will be about 2 miles. (Warm up on Greenbelt or Up to 8th Street).
We then meet for an explanation of the workout.
We encourage you to do 4-6 “strides” of about 100m.
Every pace is welcome — we will make it work for you!
You are welcome to come even if you don’t workout.
Don’t be a hero! The goal is to finish — not blow early!
Need advice? Look for someone in a green TCTC shirt.
Need help with paces? We like the VDOT website.
We are always happy to run more miles afterwards!
When do we cancel? We don’t cancel due to heat or cold, although we may modify the workout.
We will cancel ALL TCTC events if the AQI is above 150, and we will not run on the track if lanes 1-2 are covered in snow.
