Getting better at running is pretty simple: Run a lot, mostly easy, occasionally hard. There are a huge variety of training plans, approaches and concepts, but we founded Tree City Track Club to help people improve by harnessing the power of a group. Magic happens when people who are training hard decide to train together, and we want to help people tap into that magic. Along the way we hope our members become better people and contribute to making this a better community for runners and non-runners alike.
