NOTE:
The below workout schedule is just to help give you options for your harder efforts each week. This is not a comprehensive training plan.
This plan should be complemented with easy running days and injury prevention exercises a few times per week on the other days at a volume that works for you.
Wednesdays - Track Workouts

Sundays - TCTC Social Run
7:30 AM at Payette Brewing Company
5-10 miles on the Greenbelt
Pace: Starting at 9’ per mile, with some folks usually picking up the pace in the latter half.
